Who knows, I might like it... IF they add it, the car interiors will have to be extremely detailed and unique for each car, which is not really gonna happen imo... Guest Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 Hell yes! I seriously hope they get rid of that crappy hood view. Its nothing but a half assed 1st person view. The interiors don't need to be detailed and ppl who keep sayin this are only holding 1st person driving back. We need to crawl before we walk so as long as I can view from inside the car I'm satisfied. I know some people think the city's map looks small but once you see the city from street level like this image it just looks huge. I was playing IV last night and even though the map doesn't look all that big, once you're in it, the city feels huge. I have a feeling V is really gonna nail the sense of the LA sprawl. ..OT though, as much as I'd like an interior view, whenever I play in that angle in racing games it's always just kind of awkward. gtaman533 Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 In MCLA they did really well with the car interiors so its definitely possible they will include a similar First person camera mode as that game also had. For one, ancient consoles can't support such a detailed map with such detailed vehicles. If they had interior views, they would need to detail the vehicles an exceptional amount, and along with the amazing game world, it would just not run on consoles. Nah, but I think we can be pretty sure that fans will get it to work on PC. I wouldn't mind if they just kept the hood view. in theory the field of view would be even wider than hood view, as the camera is further back. it all depends on how rockstar implements it. i'd love cockpit view but would be happy with hood view also.
