I own a dog... he got lost once and "respawned" at my house as I came home... That would be so cool being able to just leave him there and then losing him, only to find him a few weeks later roaming the country haha! This is probably bullsh*t though but as CallCentreZombie said it would be awesome to use the same whistle feature that you had in RDR to call back chop, it would be a very good feature imo. Wonder if something happens where Franklin has to take over ownership after Lamar's death/incarceration. I'm sure R* is thinking about how to make Chop not be a burden because you could end up half way across the map just getting into random mayhem and lose Chop all because you decided to jack a plane. So at the start, he'd know his way around the ghetto. Then if you take him out further, he'll learn new areas and know his way back home.
