YES!! if you guys remember, in GTA SA there were a lot of theories relating the Epsilon cult with the observatory. Bringin' all the stuff back from the past, you could put some stuff together and think. And now that we have the confirmation of Epsilon beeing more present on GTA V, we could assume some things. IT's gonna be awesome!

I suspect that is due to bad translation, however I'm wondering if this is alluding to the random events such as drunk drivers possibly being a danger to you, the Police and peds, in particular during chases or maybe like in Saints Row 3 where sometimes you'd see cops vehicle it had pulled over at the side of the road.

I sit down and turn on the TV and put a movie in. Then I, the player, am suddenly transitioned and playing as one of the characters in this so called movie. Is that what this means?

From there, wasn't it concluded that it's in fact a motorbike returning from The Lost And Damned, and/or its style is to have the brakes activated by foot pedals, as opposed to the brakes being attached to the handle bars?
