No it looks exactly the same since it's just a PS2 port, not a remake or anything to make it look like a "PS3" copy. As for those games being on the PS4 there's a small possibility thanks to Sony's partnership with Gaikai, it allows you to play old games from their future application on the console. Secura Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 (edited) Grand Theft Auto IV'll be purchasable on PlayStation 4 from day one, either through the use of the PlayStation Store or through live streaming and I'd guess that the same would be true of Grand Theft Auto V, the moment that it too becomes available for digital download.
