Funkadory
has it been confirmed if the phone will pop up on screen in real time like in gta4 or will we have to stop play and go to a menu. I hope it works like in 4 gta4 as this seems more realistic as opposed to say saints row where we had to use the pause screen to use it. just not sure how it will work in v seing as we are using a smart phone surelly its gonna need more screen space than the gta4 phone
Mokrie Dela
I think it'll be like iv as in it pops up, but certain apps may prompt a full screen 'paused' mode Or it'll be we'll designed enough to use on the fly with Internet with the option of going full screen Or! An app for android/iOS allows you to use YOUR phone as the ingames phones controller The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. 22ka
I belive it will be like IV but with a few twists. The internet app will take up all of the screen or atleast half like in RDR when u were reading the news paper but maybe this time we can still walk around. We would be able to zoom in so we can see better but the amount of the screen it occupies stays the same. Ppl who played RDR will get what I'm tring to say. Other apps will be just normal size. If the phone dose indeed use GPS/Map then that will prob be the same as the internet. My wishes: If we have a games app(hope we play one of the previous GTAs like GTA 1 and or 2 since they are free anyways for download and take up only a tiny bit of space, they should take up the whole screen and essentially pause the game). Other games we could buy off PS Store or Xbox Live: GTA 3 GTA Vice City GTA San Andreas These would be played on the phone Weather app Takes up half page and tells u the weather for the next 3 days.(Accurate) News app Same as weather but for news instead. Wat u think?

Wat u think? I don't see them cramming even one GTA game into the phone in V. Personally, I think the phone feature was the only thing I liked from Saints Row, so It would t destroy my sense of immersion or anything if they had the game pause while you are using your phone. But like you said, most apps and functions will most likely run in real time, but the Internet and games (if there are any) will probably take up more of the screen and pause the game world while you use it. Good idea about the weather app, hope they add that. Also, news app is the same as the weather? So it will forecast news stories about heists that you haven't even done yet? Or do you mean it will work in the opposite way, and cover stories from the past three days?
