Then I go on the forums and see "GTA V was really bad" as the top post, and every reviewing website is giving it a 6/10 and everyone is disappointed. This has happened before with some games, and I really really hope that it does live up to its hype. Remember Assassin's Creed 3's hype? How they said the map is 3x bigger than Brotherhood? Well the problem was a lot of the map was boring and even though it had variety, it was New York and Boston. Not Rome or Istanbul. The only reason I liked the map was because it was in a historical setting and made you feel like you were there. I know Rockstar are Rockstar but I just keep thinking. They know gta sa was (one of) the best gta's and mainly because of the huge amount of thing you could do and go to. They bring thesame stuff back times 100. As someone already said, don't be a sheep. There are games I've personally played and enjoyed them so much I'd give them 10. I go online, check out the reviews and see 5 or 6. But seriously, everyone is not going to like something about the game, it's just a fact of life, no game is or ever will be perfect and what one person defines as perfection one person may despise. Though I agree that is it'll get a rating of 6/10 from most reviewers, it won't be the heaven we expect, but still YOU can enjoy the game even if the rest of the world doesn't. Doesn't matter if this game is a pile of sh*t it will get 10/10 most places because reviews love to ride R* dick. Those sites that are honest and give the game 8/10 for example will be jumped upon by raging fangirls. Want proof? Most the game media is riding the dick of The Last of Us yet Gamespot gave it 8/10 and the fangirls are acting like someone has just shot there mother going by the comments. I'll be honest I'm more inclined to read a review that is 8/10 than a review that is 10/10 simply because I know the 8/10 review is been honest where as the 10/10 ones just kiss ass. No game is perfect so I ignore 10/10 reviews for the most part. At the end of the day reviews are opinions and everyone has a opinion. What I'm saying is A REVIEW IS JUST AN OPINION COMING FROM ANOTHER PERSON. It's nothing more than that. And it may just so happen that person hates the things I like, thus giving something a low score when I enjoy it. I don't think GTA V will have anyone rate it below 9 so I'm more like talking to you in general concerning other games. Reviews are nothing but opinions. Sometimes we agree, sometimes we don't. They do mention ''facts'' about the game. But what are those ''facts''. Fact is IV had a cover system that some reviews and fans said it was bad. I liked it. So there's a ''fact''. It's not going to have everything everyone wants it to, and a lot of us are going to be disappointed about it not having some features that we've wanted since before trailer#1. The fact that it's a grand theft auto game made by rockstar, with cars, driving, an open world, badass weapons, set in an open Los Santos, with interesting looking protagonists, etc. should at least be enough to make it a 90% (at least) in our hearts, no matter what game reviewing sites give it.
