All points to a PC version, but you talked like it was confirmed that there WON'T be a PC version, which is not true at all.

I already said that there probably will be a PC version, but you can't be 100% sure. I hope they release one for the average pc player. But then again I also hope they don't to piss off the people who bash consoles and brag about having a gaming pc.

With MTA:SA / SA:MP there are limitless possibilities, you can create your own gamemode with programming knowledge.

i tried it before and didn't notice anything different from normal MP in IV

Can you do that in normal MP in IV? Can you do your own private RP gamemode / server? Your own maps, race, features, systems, enhacement of the game? Yeaaa... sure...

Lets hope that the R* devs will give us an amazing, flexible multiplayer. Hope they learned something from the SAMP and MTA modders or at least see the potential of dedicated servers and stat saving. Some of the cops and robbers servers, CrazyBobs in particular on SAMP, were just incredible.

I think they will. Within a month of PC release we will see first mods. They will be low quallity but they will be there. I`m gonna pick up GTA5 on the release day for my xbox 360, but I might also buy it for PC if my old PC will be able to run it Any shooter is better on PC, because of mouse and keyboard, you can whine and bit** about how your console is better, but let me tell you this: You haven`t played a shooter the way it`s ment to be played until you played it on PC, whether it`s GTA, CoD or any other shooter. Racing games are better on a console though

 

EDIT: Also if you whine about piracy on PC, go ahead to any popular torrent site and search for xbox or ps games. There is as much game piracy on consoles as there is on PC, nobody just talks about consoles, because it`s harder to pirate games for console than it is on PC. Also the amount of kids who think their console is perfect and the best is too damn high!

Decent modern day computer can run BF3 on ultra settings with 60+FPS while everything explodes and sh** is flying around. NO I don`t think it will be able to run SAMP.

If you go to the gta IV section and read the posts before it came out for pc, It's just like reading the gta V section on the threads about gta for pc.

yeah most console gamers are stupid as f*ck, a lot of them even think their ps3 runs the game on 1080p and think 25 fps is a good framerate. then they say cod has a special "smooth" gameplay which no other game has...yeah maybe because.... its a f*cking 60 fps game?!!

And for those of you that don't believe many people play PC versions of GTA, let me just show you a player count on ONE of the multiplayer mods for SA at 4:48 AM GMT -8

 

You know why this many people are still playing this, because it was good, because it was well thought out. People can do amazing things with PC games and granted, some people do sh*tty things, but the good out way the bad 99/1. To have this many people using this mod 8 years after the original game came out, thats not only a success for the modders, that's a success for R*, it means the game is repayable. It's hard to find many games that are 8 years or older and still playable.

I wouldn't say it looked like donkey sh*t, but I would say it's replayability was really low. I admit, loved it the first and even second play through, but after that and a few hours of multiplayer, it got boring and repetitive. I now Have LCPDFR installed with a couple of car mods. Though i'm looking into new script mods since LCPDFR gets a bit repetitive.

Haha. Yeah I got it in 2011 and it was made in like 2009, it got like $600 I think, so it should be all good if I buy a retail version of GTA SA on PC?

I was imagining a gym bag full of dicks. That's pretty much as far as my imagination stretches, which is a constant source of disappointment both to me, my girlfriend, and pretty much everyone I know.
