There is no programming capabilities, or even dedicated server support in GTA IV, so please stop saying that you can do that, and deal with it. No All points to a PC version, but you talked like it was confirmed that there WON'T be a PC version, which is not true at all. I already said that there probably will be a PC version, but you can't be 100% sure. I hope they release one for the average pc player.
