It's made from modders who are interested in that field of work.. and they make mods of there choice, so these could all be in V or none of them could be... According to Rockstar there primary focus were on the Ps3 and Xbox 360 consoles. (Rockstar) We here at Rockstar are sad to announce that there will be no PC version of Grand Theft Auto V.
