Also I'm waiting on a replacement Power Supply for the PC I'm putting together...when I get it I'm buying a second GTX660 to SLI that mother...and then I'm going to buy GTA:SA so I can mess about in SAMP. So in other words you don't like mods so you just ASSUME that the developers don't like mods either. I think the developers themselves or art directors wouldnt enjoy somebody trying to shift their personal image. Actually it is probably the reverse, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if these art directors and developers were using modded versions of GTA 4 on their PC's too. These developers spend so long developing the game that it can be refreshing for them to experience how others have modded their work into something fresh and new. The problem here is you see mods as a criticism of a developers work, most that create and use mods see them as an "enhancement". At any rate I have never seen anyone from Rockstar speak ill of mods, nor have I ever seen any developer speak ill of mods. In most cases I have seen developers lament the fact that they could not make their games more "open" to modding. Now honestly you don't like these mods, that is fair you can't please everyone and modding your game is optional. However just because YOU do not like mods does not mean you can speak for the people at Rockstar. If you have proof that the developers at Rockstar do not like mods then please provide it. As much as I dislike Rockstar I will say that they speak positively of mods and they are proud of what the modding community can do. If a large number of Rockstar developers were against the modding of their game then modding would not be receiving such positive attention from Rockstar. I don't give a **** about ARMA 2 but I'll give the developers my $60 so I can play a free mod for that game. I'm probably going to buy GTAIV and GTAV for the PC even though I already own IV on XBox 360 and will be getting V on release. Just so I can replace the vehicles in GTAIV with real ones, probably replace the billboards with real ones. Louder gun sounds, better blood, custom radio stations. They're just showing off some guys photography of their game. I don't think they really care about enb. I'm not saying they dislike it, but it's probably the best mod for GTA IV, but I never see them talk about it directly. I might be wrong though.
