C++ Saving Player Vehicle

I searched the coding forums and didn't find this anywhere.

 

I am trying to code a function that will allow a player to save their vehicles. I am almost finished but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the car only drivable by you.

 

If you have used Simple Native Trainer 6.5, you can select a "Save Car" function that saves your current car and doesn't allow it to be driven by anyone else.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
