Hey noble people of the internet, this is my story that I think would be a cool DLC for GTAV.

 

An island used as an experiment by the government to see how long a population of 200,000 humans could survive without any consequences to their actions.

 

It is a top security secret project that only 40 people of the richest families know about in the "outside world". 25 planes populate the island, these planes are monitored 24/7 to stay within "the green zone".

 

One Boat is sent out every three months to supply shopkeepers and the military with weapons and basic supplies to keep the population alive. Once the captain has reached the island he is then killed by the "anonymous authority"- the people who control the population with discreet yet successful measurements.

 

You are one of very few who knows about the outside world with the exception of "the higher ups". Survive and Work your way up in a dangerous world, freedom within the island is your choice, but remember there are no laws and you need the right knowledge and equipment to get yourself out of there. Meet new people as you travel los Santos and Recruit those you only trust to build an empire with no laws. sh*t can get real messy, trust the wrong people and you may not survive.
