EDIT: Well, for the most part, we massacred them all and put the remaining ones on reservations that are technically sovereign nations, but locals of the states with reservations just think of them as another district to their city. And most of the US is snowy and/or rainy. California is the place everyone looks to, (doesn't snow or rain there that often, hey) and it's sunny there for 99% of the time.
