It removes the possibility to fire without aiming, meaning that you can't shoot with pinpoint accuracy anymore! Warning! This mod might interfere with other mods that somehow disable firing, for example mods which make weapons semi-automatic! Do not share without permission! Includes source! Just the fact that I was irritated by the fact that no matter which weapon you had, you could shoot it fully accurately when you don't aim it. Of course you could just get used to aiming before firing in all situtations, but this was just easier and will probably bring some challenge when using modded game.
