I'm sure there are going to be a ton of people that just purchase it for the DLC, so I would say just do a ebay search a few days after release and wait for the DLC to be released for download. But both Gamestop and Rockstar warehouse have a strict policy on sales outside of Europe or the U.S. We live in a global world now. Anyway the collector's edition will be available to us on release date (play-asia, ozgameshop) but local Stores would price it at 80KD-100KD (280$-350$). Get it. wierd too because the majority of gamers live on the east coast of North America. Big cities in florida, New York, Toronto, Boston, Atlanta etc. won't be able to get it then ? Or maybe at a later date closer to release... i still have yet to pre-order so hopefully it works for me. Although my Xbox is 'murican I'm quite sure the additional content will come as a region free code, so that I can install it with a locally bought NTSC GTA V. Hopefully this'll work out. At least in Jordan every console is modified, when you go to a shop and ask for XBOX games and whatnot he automatically pulls the fake ones. The game prices are also ridiculous, at my local shops GTA IV still costs around 50 euros, and the average salary here is 250 euros. Why the actual sh*t should T2 or R* or any company for that matter encourage most of the arabian countries? Perhaps apart from Dubai. Kimdotcom, megauploud founder, thinks that piracy is associated with availability... We don't get Netflix here, our cinema's are boring and censored by our nanny states, our credits cards are refused in western online stores.... So we are gonna steal the sh*t, because it's ethically sound. BTW no one modifies their consoles any more since the 360's Live auto-banning. Love you all. But help us help you... we got lots of money and we don't know what to do with it. Exactly For some people everything they get is common sense. But if i had netflix, i wouldnt download movies. Since i have steam i dont download games. Luckly i live in the netherlands where alot of things are available, but when i was living in the caribbean it was much harder to get those things. I live in a middle eastern country, I've been to a lot of middle eastern countries, they're not hungry and they're not worried about food. ._. don't tell me about it. 99% Of people here know about the PLAYSTATION as it's the most known console in Middle East, a little have heard about XBOX, but almost everyone has a PS2 or PS3 in their houses, HDTVs, nice cars, luxuries I never could afford and whatnot, you're talking about Africa I presume, not Middle East, there's a huge difference.
