Even though I had a P.O. box in America and the appropriate payment method. But both Gamestop and Rockstar warehouse have a strict policy on sales outside of Europe or the U.S. We live in a global world now. Get it. Yea it's just a business decision, nothing personal. Everyone games in Kuwait! You get ps3's in all the coffee shops and "hookah" places. And this happens in all the Gulf region countries. women!!! Not to mention the growing middle class in Asia. R* just need the system in place to do it. i'm sure theres a company willing to ship to you OP. just gotta find it. or maybe contact a distributor direct [uSA/UK]. do a proforma and bank transfer. they'll do it. Unfortunately not every business in the west has realized this yet and some fail to look past the goverment 'issues'. Anyway if you can't buy it online, I'd look into having someone in a country that does sell it, buy it for you and ship it to you. They put tax for anything that's entering this country, else where does the government get money from? in 2006 I moved from Romania to Jordan, we came with a Mercedes which was 4 years old. It cost us 9000 euro in Romania, we came here, and they told us we need to "take it to the customs and pay the tax to register the car", got any idea how much? 15.000 euros, well f*ck you too, we sold the car.
