CLEO. Car opcodes only working for cars, not helis

I've been searching around on the net now for a day & decided it was time to ask for help about this problem, as I couldn't find a solution. I hope this is the right place to post.

So, my problem is that the get_car_in_sphere etc. opcodes only seem to be working for cars & bikes, not helicopters or planes. I've tried these three opcodes so far:

 

073E: get_car_in_sphere $X $Y $Z radius 10.0 model -1 handle_as $VEHICLE

053E: $VEHICLE = get_random_car_with_model -1 in_rectangle_cornerA $X_1 $Y_1 cornerB $X_2 $Y_2

0327: $VEHICLE = get_random_car_with_model -1 in_rectangle_cornerA $X_1 $Y_1 cornerB $X_2 $Y_2

 

These three opcodes all work perfectly with cars & bikes, but they all seem to ignore helicopters & planes. CJ is supposed to enter the vehicle as passenger while another actor enters the vehicle as driver. Even if I place a car behind a helicopter, CJ will just walk around the helicopter & to the car instead.

I'll mention once again that everything works 110% & perfectly as it should, apart from that these opcodes ignore helicopters & planes. So it isn't because I forgot to get coordinates or other small mistakes like that.

 

Does anyone know if there's an opcode which doesn't ignore helicopters or planes, or some kind of other solution? It's weird that these opcodes just ignore helicopters & planes. Any help appreciated. I'm using Sannybuilder if that matters.

If I understand correctly you're trying to get a handle of a helicopter right? If so then use the opcode 0AE2 - it can take the handle of any type of a vehicle.

Example with a helicopter called Maverick:

 

while truewait 0   if       0AE2: [email protected] = random_vehicle_near_point 0.0 0.0 0.0 in_radius 10000.0 find_next 0 pass_wrecked 1 //IF and SET   then       repeat           if                0137:   car [email protected] id == #MAVERICK                            then           // this is the place where helicopter becoms a part of the scrypt           end       until 8AE2:   not   [email protected] = random_vehicle_near_point 0.0 0.0 0.0 in_radius 10000.0 find_next 1 pass_wrecked 1 //IF and SET   endend

Thanks! 0AE2 is the magic opcode I was looking for. I couldn't find it in Sannybuilder before for some reason, but it works perfectly now that I installed CLEO 4 (I thought I had CLEO 4 already). The heli's still making the rotor sound after having exited it, though. Dunno what causes that, but I'm glad it works now.
