There should at least be a few small ones spread out. Why would Rockstar encourage exploration as far as underwater and not offer anything else. OT: This thread is full of fail. Seriously, if you have anger management issues, go see a shrink for god's sake and stop being a rude-ass motherf*cker every time you see a new thread pop up.
