Sometimes I think you guys don't give green a chance. At least he's trying to make genuine topics of discussion while we wait 3 more months for the game, and I personally think the quality of his threads are improving.

Funny guy... Nah I just think we need to encourage him to do better instead of just going "Lol greenrock" all the time. He'll never learn if we just critisize him every time without offering some advice.

But seriously. He could always just not post lots of redundant topics. Not that this one is particularly bad, but you know... He isn't actually obliged to post them. He just does anyway. Everyone's told him exactly what they think about them, and he does it anyway.

 

Have you ever considered that maybe he doesn't care to 'improve' maybe he just likes hitting the 'new topic' button?

 

If he doesn't want people's opinions, he shouldn't post. If he does want people's opinions, then he will just have to take them as they come and get over it. It's only the internet after all.

Alright I understand what you're saying he does click the new topic button way too much when he could just add to an ongoing topic in most cases. But yeah I'm definitely seeing growth in both the quality of his posts and his topics so maybe he is quietly taking the criticisms on board at least I hope he is lol.

Well we really have very little to go on regarding Michael's ancestry, such that any conversation can go no further than a 'hmm maybe'

 

Whereas Greenrock's character, well we we can back that up with evidence.. If we so wish that is... Fortunately i don't. So you can all go back to agreeing that Michael may or may not be Irish.

Pretty far fetched idea, besides they've already introduced all of Patrick McReary's immediate family. Wouldn't make too much sense in the story design either, Rockstar never makes connections between previous and current game protagonists, doing that would unnecessarily complicate the storyline, and from what we've seen so far, Micheal don't seem to want to start up a crime family but possibly freelance and do heists for their own gain.

Well actually, many people disagree.

 

I don't often create threads unless i had a specific issue i wanted to discuss. That's because i recognise that this is not a competition to see who can create the most threads just for the sake of creating them. You don't have to create one every time you have a random thought occur to you, however sparse they may be.

 

But i fear i may be giving the impression that i care either way, which would be a gross misrepresentation of my feelings towards the issue. You can create ten a day telling us what you think the protagonists eat for breakfast, or which one would win a game of connect four, and i wouldn't care.

 

If i don't care for your threads i can always ignore them just like everyone else can, so do as you please.

Well taking into account that Michael is made up of pixels which is really just a bunch of code on a disc, I'm going to assume he had no biological parents since Michael himself is not a biological being.

He looks like a generic White American that could be of any various European backgrounds. Many white ethnic groups have people with dark hair so he could easily pass for someone of Italian, Irish, German, WASP, Polish or even European-Jewish descent. He could even be a mix of a number of them.

 

But I think Michael sounds very much like an Italian-American, and he could pass for one too, so if I were to guess what his roots were, I'd go with that.
