Do you guys thing that gtav.net is starting to release too much information on GTA 5?

They are showing us everything, months before the game is even released. Don't you think this is gonna ruin the fun of the game if we already know everything about it?

They are supposed to surprise us with the best GTA ever.

Another gaming company can even be copying GTA V, before it even is released. And they could release it before GTA 5 comes out, and steal sales.

Grand Theft Savage

I just don't want any storyline/mission spoilers. Other than that, I think we're getting a perfect amount of info.

I feel the same way. Maybe it just seems that way because we've had such a huge rush of info after such a long and dry drought. It's definitely dampened my hype a little. confused.gif

You've seen a lot, but there's lots, lots more than that in the game. You haven't 'seen everything'.

Yea we don't really know sh*t about Frank&Trevor.

and the invidual story lines.

I'm starting to think the 3 protags will rarely meet with eachother

The chemistry between Mike-Frank&Trevor is uncommon/unusual

At the beginning you people felt unsatisfied, now consider that they showed too much.

Control yourselves...

I can't believe we've already seen over 140 vehicles. That's getting close to how many were in all of SA. Just think of how many are still being kept secret!

If you think this is bad, wait till the beginning of september when people start posting a sh*t load of spoilers n leaked gameplay etc.

We know so little. Relax. You could always not watch/read things if you feel you know to much. Personally for everything we do know several question come to mind and I won't know the answer to those questions until I play the game.

For example:

We know Animals and Hunting will be in the game

What we don't know:

-What types?

-Can we kill all animals?

- Is it Like RDR?

The list goes on and on and they you start to realize that you know so very little.

Personally i feel that as long as we aren't getting actual plot spoilers, i want as much info as possible about the game before i purchase.

I doubt they will be worried about people stealing their ideas. Ideas are ten a penny, anybody can come up with ideas, it's the execution that sets Rockstar apart, and nobody can 'steal' that

Besides what have they revealed that is so conceptually groundbreaking that anybody is going to want to steal?

Only the press has seen too much. But, if you'll ask them, they still want more.

Therefore, we haven't seen too much. When they advertised Max Payne 3, they showed too much. It's not like that with GTA V. We still haven't seen much. There is much more to come

Massive sarcasm follows: Yes, this last wave of info has been a gold mine for me. Accordingly, my GTAV clone is "in full development" and I intend to release it 1 August 2013, grabbing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales right out of Rockstar's iron grip. I finished my RAGE clone last night and I have my Euphoria clone about 50% done. Using the incredibly detailed map info from GTAV.net, I have all of my Los Santos clone blocked out and I expect to be done designing and building the entire virtual city and countryside by the end of June. I'll be beta testing in July, while I give a few hours to fleshing out the complete game story, which is the easiest and most trivial part of the game. I have no doubt that my story will be better than Rockstar's anyway. I can already taste those millions flowing into my bank account. Thank goodness all this was made possible because I am a faithful follower of GTAV.net, and all the GTAV info they exposed enabled me to completely duplicate and improve upon Rockstar's product.

I feel that sarcasm, when properly done, does not require a warning or sarcasm tags. In fact you just ruin all the good work you are about to do. It was perfectly obvious that it was sarcasm, and it would have worked perfectly well without the warning. In fact if you tag your sarcasm, you negate the point entirely of being sarcastic, and you might as well just say what you actually mean.

And i know what you're thinking... No matter how obvious it is, there are always a few people who don't see it... But seriously, f*ck them. Don't dumb yourself down to cater for a few half-wits

I'm a great advocate of sarcasm, and do not consider it the 'lowest form of wit' that's just a phrase that people come out with when they feel embarrassed that they were too simple to detect obvious sarcasm. It's like when people say 'if you have to explain a joke then it wasn't funny' it's an idiot's reflex to being too dumb to understand things.

I'm just saying. Display your sarcasm in it's full glory, or don't bother at all.

I hate sarcasm tags, in case you couldn't tell.

You probably should learn what "everything" means. And why did you mention gtav.net? They're just reporting. R* is releasing the info. If gtav.net didn't publish the info, they would be a horrible GTA site.

And no offense, but if you're serious when you say "Another gaming company can even be copying GTA V, before it even is released. And they could release it before GTA 5 comes out, and steal sales.", kill yourself. I'm just kidding, but please don't make anymore topics. lol.gif
