We should def be able to have female characters to customise, that would be kinda dumb if we didnt. Its not like females dont do crazy sh*t too. Look at the psycho in Dredd lol

No, the GTA V online creation system is the exact same one as the Max Payne 3 one, don't get your hopes up.

How do you know?

Common sense, why would they get rid of a perfectly fine creation system to something currently impossible in the RAGE engine? No way, also the classic character pack thing and the Kifflom face scan contest is an obvious proof that the system is still the same.

You don't get rid of a system you improve it.

I'm just hoping there is a good amount of facial hair options to choose from. Clothing I don't really care too much about, as I'll always find something worth wearing forever.

No, the GTA V online creation system is the exact same one as the Max Payne 3 one, don't get your hopes up, it's still a huge creation system tho, tattoos and accessories so no problem here.

The fact that your online character is the 4th character on the wheel suggest customization is a step further than MP3 and that we'll go back to having one avatar instead of several different ones.

Did you ever play GTA IV's MP?

 

I hope it will be more or less similiar to IV. It was fine IMO. Different slection of female and male characters (different faces, hairstyles, clothes, etc)

Hopefully the rank system won't make us old before we unlock a section of clothing.

My hope is that we don't need to "unlock" anything via a ranking system. This is an open world game. Keep it open. The only thing that should stop me is the money in my account (or lack thereof). If you want new clothes and accessories, make some cash and hit up the stores. Same goes for weapons, armor, cars, boats, and anything else. Give me a reason to want to spend money and a few creative options for earning it, and I'll be more than happy.

 

So far as character customization, it should consist of sex, build (skinny, muscular, obese, etc.), height, a few options for facial features (I would like sliders, but I'm not holding my breath), hair color/style (which can be changed later at any barber), and skin tone. Obviously I want more options than less, but there is no real need to over-complicate things.

 

So far as a ranking system goes, I think cash earned will be it again. Only this time, the scoreboard will read for.cash earned in each variety: Planned mission/heist, land grab, shootout/deathmatch, and so forth. They said it was about the almighty dollar, so why not use that to track progress?
