(Facial hair, skull shape, eye color etc) Body size shape options? Color schemes on clothing? Accessory choices? And what classic character do you think we can choose from? Since Rockstar said that car modding is on par with MC:LA and that has emblems that can be placed I'd say its a safe bet. I've heard almost nothing on MP so who knows. Course the take certain aspects. But just look at te major difference between gta 4 and max Payne. They extreamly improved it. They can only do it better in my opinion.
