However, SD world characters such as Tommy and CJ are highly unlikely both because of what R* has said on the matter and because of the amount of work that would go into recreating these characters from scratch. Animation, sound samples, textures everything would have to be redone and it would take enormous efforts. You can't just copy CJ from San Andreas and paste him into GTAV. I will be surprised if we see new models of these old characters. Besides these technical problems, Rockstar has also been reluctant to carry over any major characters from the PS2 era. You mean that doing what they did for both RDR and Max Payne would somehow be too much for GTA? @Adrien How about you act like we were a pair of cavemen and highlight exactly you see that Tommy is confirmed. Doubt we will see Max, different franchise and he lives in NewYork instead of Liberty City. RDRevolver used the same character mapping/ creation at the GTA series, so they already have 3 year old technology to do this character mapping malarky!!
