What is your favorite GTA?

I personally like GTA: VC for the story and GTA: SA for the map and city-scape. What is your favorite Grand Theft Auto game and why?

GTA IV, because it was a vast improvement in the series in terms of graphics, physics, environment, and storyline.

My Top 5 favorite GTA's.

 

First

Why? Awesome story, great cheats.

 

Second

Why? A great story for a DLC i give it a 9.5/10. And most of the missions are interesting.

 

Third

Why? An awesome graphics(compared to GTA SA) and a not bad story

 

Fourth

Why? The beautiful places of Miami and a great place to hang out

 

Fifth

Why? Its all about the bikes!

GTA IV

Awesome and deep storyline, characters you can relate to (Niko in particular), one of the best soundtracks of the series, some truly intense cutscenes, an almost frighteningly detailed city, a huge step up in graphics and a huge variety of vehicles emulated superbly thanks to Euphoria.

A tie between Vice City and IV. Imo they had the best storylines, but if I had to choose only one it will be Vice City.

GTA VC. I'm just not sure why I'm voting for it given that SA was vastly superior and was objectively better than it.

 

GTA VC just gives this......unique vibe of Miami Florida. GTA SA was better than VC but it did it's own things the wrong way, it lacked animals despite having woods. VC didn't had any imperfection like this.

GTA 2 will always be my first and true love,

 

In all the games after GTA 2 I've missed the senseless humor and missions that were actually fun to do.

 

After II comes San Andreas, since that was simply the best GTA so far with a lot of customisation which made the game more fun to play and there was so much stuff to do compared to the earlier GTA's.

Anyways, San Andreas all the time. Overall the best game in my opinion, Vice City being 2nd and TLaD and III being third.
