Obviously, news could be anything from a single screenshot or announcing the Epsilon winners, to massive trailers and website updates. By Mid-July, sh*t will be popping. Imagine if Rockstar released a little bit of gameplay during E3 (unlikely though)... So much attention will go away from E3, and to GTA. Even just more info, it will have to be enough info though to make an impact. And I believe they will do so. It's widely known that the videogames industry has been in decline recently. It needs events like E3 to get more people's interest. Smaller developers need a chance to shine to keep the industry going. Also, Rockstar will be releasing detailed info on every car, weapon, radio station, character, and mission. It's going to be hell who avoid previews and stuff like that - to avoid spoiling the game.
