No gta or any info for a whole month. Then when I came back I found out what had been going on and caught up on any tid bits. Have a break it will do you some good. See when you grow up you realize the things that were once important to you may no longer be of importance. Life is an unforgiving b#$tard i've come to learn the past few months. I'm just letting some of you know that wishing for time to go faster isn't the best wish in the end. Enjoy life as it happens.... Sorry if I went way off topic but i just had to put that out there. There's one at the Gamestop in Universal Studios. It would just cause confusion at this point if it was delayed, and if I remember right, R* usually delays many months before, not this close. Everything is going as planned for now I think. My advise is get on with life, play others games, enjoy the sun and then September will be here before you know it. I feel the effects of the delay kicking in. I'm tired of the info and I just want to play this game now. The uneven spread of the info since it was anounced is putting me off gta v and if it continues I may be bored of gta V like in a month. Anyone else tired of the wait? I think I'm gonna take a break from V, from now until late August. How can you be bored of it in a month? Bored of the wait sure, but not the game. The abundance of info we are getting. I really am upset, because I know so much about V now. Lol come on, it's not like someone held you at gun point and told you to read. Checking youtube, (today filter) seeing if anyone is discussing GTAV, I then comment and tell them what they got wrong. Look foward to CVG Wednesdays and gta podcasts. I watch and rewatch all the trailers sometimes 3 to 4 times a day. I'm absorbing as much factual information as I can . Xbox One Fail was a nice distraction for awhile. Looking foward to E3 to kill some more time. I really wanna know more about MP. Hoping for a RDR: Life in the west style trailer coming up. I liked those. All about the world leaving out the story. saintsrow Posted June 2, 2013 Share Posted June 2, 2013 The real shame of all this is that, in October 2011, I was had finally finished my plan to change civilization as we know it, a perfect plan that would result in peace, prosperity and happiness for all mankind. I was on the verge of putting the plan in action when the Rockstar announcement came out, "GTAV Trailer coming on 2 November 2011." That made me think that , oh-oh, GTAV is very likely coming out in Spring 2012 and I want to play it full time for a good 2 to 3 months, so I had to put on hold my plans to save the world until about July 2012 or so. Then we got nothing but silence from Rockstar throughout 2012, and so I had no idea when I was going to be able to start playing GTAV and get it out of my system, so I could get back to saving the world. It totally disrupted my plans. I can't start saving the world until I get those few months of GTAV out of the way. So now I have been waiting all this time for the damn game to be released, so I can save the world and make us all happy, healthy, free and rich. Yeah and one user on this forum recently mailed them about a feature that he was scared that was scrapped, and Rockstar replied and at the end they said the September release is drawing closer and closer. But then again...in mid January Rockstar said the same on the newswire, that it was coming in Spring and then end of the month it was delayed. The 'danger' is truly gone when this sucker has gone gold. I agree you...it can still be delayed. If they need to then they WILL delay (by a month most likely). I think waiting until it's gold is a bit too far. They delayed the game ~4 months before release. We have less than 4 months to go now. If they were gonna delay it again they would most likely have said by now. If we get to the 15th/30th June then you can be 100% sure it will be out on the 17th September. Maybe, but i still feel anything can happen after June. A gold announcement is just that extra bit of certainty and only a disaster could ruin that. I'm also not lying when I say closer to release it will build up, and during my holiday (during GTA's release) my hype will probably peak. I cant think of a better thing to be doing during GTA's release week than being on holiday, because when I get back. I can walk into a shop, no fuss and buy the game. After almost 2 years of waiting since the game was announced we WILL have the game in our hands. FINALLY!!! We'll slide it into our PS3 or XBOX 360 and see the Rockstar logo flash yellow then blue. This is when sh*t gets crazy cause up next is the GTA V logo. ON OUR TV's! Our TV's have never displayed such a beautiful image as the GTA logo. We will be politely asked to install the game onto our HD and while that is happening we can listen to smooth relaxing theme music as we read through our booklet and/or look at the map. The city we have obsessed over for months and imagined in our heads. We are finally there and it is all open from the very start just waiting for you to explore every inch of it. When it finishes installing on the HD....the music stops. the screen turns black and the cut scene plays. we watch it in awe. taking in everything it shows us. eventually it will end and we will be put in control of one of the characters and you'll take your first steps in Los Santos. The city we have only seen in screenshots and trailers. The whole map will be open from the start just waiting for us to explore every inch of it.
