I feel the effects of the delay kicking in. I'm tired of the info and I just want to play this game now. The uneven spread of the info since it was anounced is putting me off gta v and if it continues I may be bored of gta V like in a month. Anyone else tired of the wait? wwinterj Posted June 1, 2013 Share Posted June 1, 2013 It could be pushed back until October but been as the press have already had there hands on preview, the editions have been announced and pre order bonus I think it's safe to assume the game will be out in September. Everything is going as planned for now I think. My advise is get on with life, play others games, enjoy the sun and then September will be here before you know it. Now it is time for the summer drought again so naturally the hype tones down a bit, however after the summer both the marketing campaign and the hype will return. Its winter here in south africa, so its gonna be cold as F*ck Atleast there's some parties happening and also the Last Of Us is out on the 14th, so I guess its good. I'm skipping this generation's consoles and head straight towards next gen right away. It seems like I'm waiting for a miracle to happen. GTA is my favorite series, though GTA V is not the only game I'm anticipating for. The summer drought is also great for picking up missed games, especially now near the end of this gen. I missed a lot of great PS exclusives so I'm going to pick up another great game by naughty dog: uncharted 3 (don't know why I never got, I loved the first 2 games) and Ill be watching what the steam summer sale will bring. Recently I picked up Saints Row The Third: The Full Package dirt cheap. Nice game to tie me over and scratch that open world itch until GTA V drops. d3ex2 Posted June 1, 2013 Share Posted June 1, 2013 The delay hasn't bothered me for about 4 months now. I was pissed off when they announced it but the next day I was fine. We are now back to where we were when the delay was announced. We had ~3-4 months until release and now there is 3 months 15 days left until release. Just think...between the delay announcement and now is longer than we have left to wait for the game. September 17th will be here very soon. I did exactly the same with SR3 - for some reason it just didn't gel with me. Maybe it was the tone of the game, it was, i dunno, just too much! Alot of people like it tho, so to each his own. But then again...in mid January Rockstar said the same on the newswire, that it was coming in Spring and then end of the month it was delayed. I think waiting until it's gold is a bit too far. They delayed the game ~4 months before release. We have less than 4 months to go now. If they were gonna delay it again they would most likely have said by now. If we get to the 15th/30th June then you can be 100% sure it will be out on the 17th September.
