I'm guessing it'd be far north/west near the grapevine section. They're just trolling you. The one I just posted fits the description of Mt. Chilliad. The photos those trolls had posted look like an ordinary Triangular mountain. Whereas, Mt. Well because R* hasn't really said anything much about it at all.. Iirc IGN assumed the mountain near the alamo sea was Mt. Chilliad.. but the thing is V has a mountain chain, not just one single large mountain like in San Andreas. There will be multiple mountain peaks, I really don't see why you care so much which one is named Chilliad because this is an entirely new and different map from San Andreas, it's not going to be anything the same.
