Use another screen while GTA is being played

Hello there everyone!

 

I have bought, installed, and played quite a bit of GTA 4. Love it so far. The only thing I have is question about is, can you leave the game borders to us the another monitor?. I have found how to set the game into windowed mode, like I do for all the other games I've played and this has worked every time except now. Can anyone tell me why GTA doesn't allow this to happen? Anyone found a way move between screens while playing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
