Branimir202
In GTA i mean what characters were inspired by other movie or television characters? I think Tommy Vercetti was quite similar and perhaps had some inspiration from Tony Montana

Naughtius Maximus
Tommy Vercetti is based on Tony Montana from Scarface. Toni Cipriani is based on Tony Soprano from The Sopranos. Niko Bellic is based on Sasha from Behind Enemy Lines. Bryan Forbes is based on Sonny Crockett from Miami Vice. Lionel (Toni Cipriani's lawyer alter-ego) is based on Lionel Hutz from The Simpsons. Curtis Stocker is based on Hannibal Lecter from The Silence Of The Lambs and Hannibal. Frank Tenpenny is based on Alonzo Harris from Training Day and Abel Turner from Lakeview Terrace. Ken Rosenberg is based on Dave Kleinfeld from Carlito's Way. If I remember more, I will add...

Which is not really enough to say he was based on him.
