Dope_0110 Posted June 1, 2013 Share Posted June 1, 2013 I'm one of those who is for interactivity with friend's, family etc.. of the characters. In Vice City I never cared about it. By the time of San Andreas I was older and more mature so once I completed the game and after some time went by It started looking strange that CJ never sees his brother who's living in a house next to his. Then IV came and It was good, but too much as it was the first time so they didn't implement in correctly. Though they confirmed no dating, I hope there is friend activity, but that they don't call more than once a month. If I want them more, I'll call the more often. And, it'll add to the story/interactions if a girl were to call while at home with your wife. Maybe even a side mission. I like the idea. djdiond Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 As it stands, dating is NOT in the game (according to GameInformer). This is because Michael and Franklin have partners. Sure you can probably take out Michael's wife and Franklin's girlfriend(?), but there won't be dating new partners. If there was dating it would be exclusive to Trevor, which is ridiculous unless the other protagonists are cheaters. So at the moment, no there is not dating but Rockstar have changed their mind about properties recently and have said that subject is due to change before release date, so anything is possible. Guest Posted June 4, 2013 Share Posted June 4, 2013 (edited) I didnt care too much for dating but I thought the purpose of dating (get them to like you enough to give benefits) was a good idea. I hope they at least keep that part. Maybe instead of the date mission where you must take them somewhere then home we could just have the option to hang out and free roam. During free roam we could et, see a show, do side missions, minigames, etc, and they will gain respect and likeness depending on what we do.
