rocks_d89
Grove St is in but it's not something you'll need spend a lot of time looking for. You can see it in one of the images released. Some interesting Easter eggs: inside the sunken ship directly west of del perro pier (there is a couple in here) and behind the E on the VINEWOOD sign (if you can avoid the police). Won't say what they are cause that ruins the surprise!

Quackerz Gamerz
- In hospitals there will be bottles of 'Max Paynekillers' - If there is an area simialr to Malibu; Iron Man blasting out of the sea. - A reference to Far Cry 3; In the desert you see many bodies buried up to their heads, with a slightly insane man wearing a red vest talking to them. - A run down ranch in the Alamo Sea area, with a sign out front with faded lettering that reads 'Beecher's Hope'. Inside there would be references to RDR, such as John's hat, some old rifles such as a Winchester and Bolt Action (able to be used) and the words 'My Son, My Blessed Son' engraved on the walls inside. - Another reference to RDR; under the sea, there is a wreck of an old steamboat called the Serendipity. (If you don't get it: http://reddead.wikia.com/wiki/Wreck_of_the_Serendipity)

waikzguy8998
As long as that spooky ghost doesn't leave his ectoplasm all over my workspace! in all seriousness, hoping for at least a serial killer side mission (like the Eddie Low one in IV), some more on the Epsilon Cult (they have to this time after all the talk/marketing), etc. Unlike a lot of people though I wouldn't be bothered and would welcome the "out-there" concepts of big foot, UFOs, etc. Some people think they take away from the game but I think it's that little added weirdness that makes GTA so much fun. Just compare SA to IV in terms of realism vs. goofiness and you'll see what I mean. They tried to get way too realistic with IV and it just didn't have that fun "sandbox" appeal that SA did
VillNess
If you go really far away from the island on water, way off the map, a some kind of sea monster would attack you. I get chills for even thinking about how I drive in a submarine all on my own trying to see how far away from the island I can get. It gets darker and darker. Then it's just darkness, only my submarine's light showing 5-10 meters from my marine on all directions. After a quite a long time suddenly I see something moving ahead, something really big... It dives deeper and I can't see clearly what it is. Then it comes right infront of me with it's creepy ugly face (maybe even with a strings sound) and kills me. I hope there will be loads of easter eggs, I'm most excited for underwater ones

Quackerz Gamerz
Some more: - Although it isn't really an easter egg, the return of www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com from IV. - Reference to the Hitman series; signature gloves and Silverballers (both usable) can be found. - Quotes from NPCs referencing other games in the series. Eg: "I should've stayed in LC!" or "You act like you're from Carcer City!" - In Vinewood studios there are references to other R* games such as Max Payne 3, RDR and Manhunt such as sets that reference locations in these games. - In the sewers/storm drains you can find a skeleton wearing a fedora, a reference to LA Noire. - A farm located out in the countryside owned by a man named Johnny Marston, who claims his great-grandfather was a famous outlaw and bounty hunter killed by a corrupt law agency. - Inside the FIB tower, files can be found on protagonists and characters from previous games. EDIT: Damn, post above me got it.
