WATER DRAGON Posted June 1, 2013 Share Posted June 1, 2013 When ever i try to make my own texture for the skins it has a thing saying. ( Access toC:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTAIII\skins\player - Copy.bmp was denied. ) What do i do? I remember on my old computer i made a bunch of skins, but now it's not letting me.
