saintsrow
Because leaving the house is fun. Because it will be the last time you get to see real world daylight for 2 months while you play GTAV non-stop.

Asian_Ninja1
If you pre-order on Microsoft store, you will get 1600 MS Points. http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/...uctID.260620700 Thank you for this. I might actually preorder from them. I love free stuff. But I think you may lose out on the Blimp, but I may be totally wrong.
streetx1xracer
some of you guys realize that when you preorder, your personal copy is reserved for you. You dont need to go to store on midnight release, you could just go later in the day.
Chukkles
My pre order is at the shop, they'll hold my copy for when I get there.
wwinterj
But I think you may lose out on the Blimp, but I may be totally wrong. Nope. Blimp code is in the game case. You can pre order from wherever you want. You could even walk into a store day one and get a code in the game case.
BlackNoise
some of you guys realize that when you preorder, your personal copy is reserved for you. You dont need to go to store on midnight release, you could just go later in the day. Yeah, but I never go early and I never preorder. I'm not sure why publishers want gamers to preorder, but I'm sure it helps them in some way. Regardless of preorders, they still want you to buy the game no matter when you choose to buy the game. I never preorder, I always get preorder bonuses on the day the game releases, and I never go to Gamestop until after 11 AM. People who always preorder never have a reason to ask if the preorder bonuses are still available when the game releases or if they can still buy the SE or CE. I never preorder, so I always see if stuff like that is available. I just wish more people would just wait. If you WANT to preorder then cool, but don't feel like you need to. It's easy as f*ck to make more copies of a game. They NEVER run out. And there's always a surplus of DLC bonuses.

Pre orders were created by the retailers selling games as a convient way to make sure you will get it guaranteed. And publishers hopped on board after they saw this concept actually works
SocalsZHP
People still physically go out to buy games? Uh yeah? Stop living under a rock lol There's no advantage besides if you live in a crowded area you'll risk being sold out, and you get to fly a blimp. Anything else? No You're funny man, why go out and risked getting mugged when i can have someone put the game inside my mailbox on release date? Actually, theres the same chance someone will swipe it from your mailbox lol.

Josh410
I never preorder. I almost did for GTA V, but I'll just go on the 17th of September and buy the SE or maybe the CE at that time if there are some good trade-in deals. No, the CE is limited avalibility, they will probably run out soon
EvilFuture
Well you get to fly the blimp... that's it lol I just got a 5 dollar reserve card for it at Walmart that way if they sell out, I'll still get a copy
BlackNoise
No, the CE is limited avalibility, they will probably run out soon Says who? When did the GTA IV CE officially run out? I was working in the video game(media) section of Best Buy when GTA IV released. A lot of people don't know this, but the SE and CE don't sell as well as most people think they do. They will run out eventually, but no time soon. If you honestly want to give $150 to R*/TTWO, I promise you will be able to when you're ready. If you don't believe me, then just wait. growsinwater
Getting the game guaranteed at the midnight launch, only real reason I pre-order. I have no patience I don't wanna risk not getting the game in my hands right around midnight so I can smoke and play all night and the next day. Adderal may be needed for this occasion lol. Emergency_Room
Biggest reason I am pre-ordering is that it will be much easier on me financially. $65 for me would be tough to get in one sweep and also getting paid every two weeks does not help matters. However putting aside $10 here or $20 there is not nearly as difficult. Right now I owe $35 and I plan on having that out of the way by September. I preordered and I will still have to go out to EB Games and pick it up myself... I don't get why people are saying preordering means you don't have to leave the house. That's only if you're a fat pimpley nerd scared of society and order from some online store. I can't wait just as much, to the trip to and from the shops to pick up the game. And trying to maintain my cool when I pick it up and walk out the store "casually" and possibly the bus trip home even... I can't imagine how boring it must be to wake up with it on your doorstep. No different to any other day really... Where's the magic in that? People got way too fat.

As an American, I am an expert on the fattest, laziest way to accomplish something. Is that an Australian flag you have there? (I don't know because I'm American and I don't pay attention to other countries that we're not currently at war with/in.) How do you get to the store without being attacked by wild animals? Let me get this straight, you're trying to say you're superior to others (using derogatory language) because you didn't order GTA V online. wat ...I pre-ordered online because it meant I will definitely get the game, and I don't need to worry about paying for it; plus, game have been known to have games arrive a day or two early, which would be a nice surprise.
