iNero
Sony said they want to offer all PS3 Games via Gaikai. So probably we will get GTA5 via Gaikai at launch. Im still not a fan of Gaikai because it has an input lag and a comprimated video. But since Sony bought Gaikai and the service was unavailable, they probably have fixed these Problems. Nontheless, I see a very high chance that this will happen. If there will be a PC Version, we will even see better graphics than on PS3 Version

Ryder 556
Not a tempting service for me, too much input lag. They don't actually have that much input lag. I played a few games on OnLive a few years ago, and didn't notice any input lag. And my internet connection is sh*t.

iNero
I guess since Sony bought them, they will offer Servers around the world. And yes, input lag is something I hate the most in games. Btw:. I red an interview a while ago where they said that they will offer newer PS3 games at launch first. I mean its obvious that GTA will be in the line up
BillGates
Gaikai will work fine as long as your internet connection is a bit stable and fast too.

I just hope GTA V is one of those games available for Gaikai to stream. However, I'm also looking forward to BF4 and Watch Dogs as well and I know GTA V will be available to Gaikai later, anyway. But Gaikai Servers have to be advanced either way. I wont have problems with my connection. Can stream 1080p on xbox live without any problems. Download from steam is about 40K+
josephene123
I would hope that since the PS4 is basically PC architecture, they may aswell launch the title for PS4 if they go ahead and make the PC version.

This. But, if they don't do a port, that's when Gaikai does the job.

A streaming gaming service that ruins gaming. No longer is there any ownership in games. You lose the service, you lose your games and everything you put into it. Red XIII
I wish I was the developer of gaikai, after that the dude is 300 million richer. I don't really like gaikai, it reminds of the word bukkake.

Caleb_SA
So it streams games live comparable to netflix streaming? Or does it download it first to the console before playing? If it streams there might be some lag and quality problems.
wwinterj
I'm quite sure Sony mean there exclusive games. It's up to R* what they put on Gaikai is anything at all not Sony. Just as it's up to R* if they want to put GTA V on PSN. This really means nothing. I wish people would stop riding next gens dick. It's like the people who do have never lived through more than one console cycle.

If it streams there might be some lag and quality problems. It's sort of like Netflix in that it streams instead of downloading, yeah, but you'd still have to pay full price for the game. With a streaming service you're bound to get at least a little input lag and quality problems.

If it streams there might be some lag and quality problems. It streams instantly. No need to download anythinv. You can for example instanly try a game without having to download it. @wwinterj BS. Gaikai already existed on PC or OnLive. There are all games playable. Sleeping Dogs, BF3, Crysis, NFS and so on and so on... there will be all games which they already said. Tbey are planning to make all PS3 games available on gaikak. They even plan to offer ps1 &2 games later on. Do your research.. K.Walters
I`d much rather have a phisical disc of the game in my hands than as a downloadable content. I`m still thinking about buying PS4, but I probably won`t if they won`t release GTA 5 on it in a disc form. And no I`m not planning on buying a console just for one game. Same opinion about physical Disc. But to play PS1 and PS2 games with it is better than nothing. Current Gen Games Ill probably play on my 360 again. I have more than 1 HDMI Input on the TV so no problem to switch between both

iNero
I bet GaiKai is exclusive to Playstation Plus members. Its more like PSN will become like Xbox Live with the paid membership to play online. Otherwise they cant compete with MSs new Super Boost Server and they have 300.000 of them. You can achieve this with a free online plattform like PS3 had. Therefore gaikai and such are included for free. You only pay the games you buy on it
