Grove has only been confirmed in that screenshot I posted above via Graffiti and that COULD be a Easter Egg rather than an actual confirmation. If Rockstar wants to re-imagine, they could assume that Grove Street was bulldozed to make way for the re-imagined Century Freeway. Since I wrote that, at least we know the Ballas are back.
