One thing i tried in GTA SA was bouncing the front and trying to land the car on top of pedestrians but it never worked right due to the lack of a good physics engine like Euphoria in GTA IV.... So if lowriders are in V, ill be hopping and jumping peds first chance i get, it should look pretty good and real with the physics of euphoria. The car being spray painted at the beginning and different rims on vehicles in different trailers. Considering what a big part of LA culture they've been in recent history I'd say they're returning. Car Customization was already confirmed. Thought it was more original than saying 'confirmed' as I couldn't be bothered locating a source. Edit: There's also a Tornado featured in Franklin's trailer (drives past in the background during conversation) and in some artwork for the game with Franklin, Trevor and Michael standing by the trunk of a black car. This thread is about lowriders - the Manana in the screenshot has had spoke rims mounted. which is quite normal on lowriders, thus making it very relevant.
