(at least cutting of arms…) In GTA III beta, you could blow off peoples arms and legs. This still exists in the PC version. My PS2 copy has it on it. You have to type in a cheat though, I think. Anyway, yes, I hope the Katana is back and the Chainsaw. Can you imagine how surprised I would be if I figured out the Katana or something was in the game and then when I started to mess with it, something like this happens?
