Other question: Why when I change the stats of the helicopters in handling.cfg not happened in game?

I have changued 200.0 to 100.0, and 16.0 to 40.0, but in the game not happend. I don't know it why :S.

Because planes, helicopters and boats use additional setting at the bottom of handling.cfg which controls thrust, drag, turn speed and others.

First two values are the ones you should change, they are for thrust.
