Ash_735 Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 I kinda liked the filter in TLAD, added a more sunset rider vibe to it, the grain filter was annoying but at least it was optional, TBOGT is just a brighter timecyc with all filters turned off (including the distance blur filter that GTA IV had). When I first played TLAD & saw the 'noise filter', I thought there was something wrong with my TV. RDR had a sepia filter option, I wonder if V will have anything like that? Dick Justice Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 I have a feeling both the AOD and The Lost will be in Los Santos, and both control different parts of Los Santos/Blaine County. After all, if Liberty City was big enough for the both of them, Los Santos would be too. The other thing is on the back of the Lost MC jacket, there is no "Los Santos" or "San Andreas" patch, which means there is a larger club in the area (the AOD). It could also be an upstart chapter of the club, likely started by a member we already know. Happyness Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 Why do people keep insisting the AOD are there? this is like people saying Las Venturas and San Fierro is there, when Rockstar cleary said its ONLY Los Santos and the surrounding areas. and what clay says is a mistake on Rockstars part. whether the lost had other chapters outside LC wasn't stated or proved. there was evidence that they not only controlled LC but other cities as well (one of them is the LS patch Johnny, Brian and Terry had) and at the same time it was mentioned that they were an exclusive LC chapter. So saying they are an exclusive liberty city chapter isn't fair and saying they had other chapters isn't fair either. i blame Rockstar for their sh*tty writing. but now im inclined to believe that they did actually have more than one chapter because of what ive seen in V trailers. As for the "I rode mine" patch, it's in reference to a mororcycle rally like Sturgis, has nothing to do with founding a new chapter. And sadly, the Van seen chasing Trevor is likely The Lost, as R* got lazy and used a "skull & wings" logo for Both club vans. The only tell really is if it's a burrito or slamvan. He is mentioned on a few occasions during friendship activities, with Jim Fitzgerald stating that he knows Colin is insane and the Terry's and Colin's father does not want Colin at their family farm. Terry's main business was selling meth (albeit not in TLAD, but according to LCPD database) and weapons. Trevor's main business is? "The guns and crank in this area go through Trevor Phillips Enterprises, or they ain't going! " I see a competitor here. rjmthe2nd Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 Trevor will probably crash their new hideout, because they are taking his clients away from him,so he takes a trip to their little HQ,F**k it up,burn it on fire,detonate it (like in trailer 2), then after that the Lost try to retaliate,Trevor kills them, leaving 2 members of the lost left (Terry and Clay?) they could just get down or lay down,so they just join trevor and his empire? lol. It was assumed that after the Vietnam War the band of bikers creates its headquarters and official name in Liberty City. Like any MC they do a marches in a group over the city's, that could mean patch ''Los Santos Ride''. Regarding the comment of Clay about creating a chapter of The Lost beyond Liberty City and because the club ends with the half of the members dead and without a house, you could shuffle the last option that the brothers would accept the decision to continue forward and lift the club back elsewhere. He is dead. Rockstar messed the character models a bit up. While Jim was this fat, white bald biker in GTA IV, the very same model appears also in TLAD along with Jim. But the police identified Jim's corpse. As the other biker is meant to crash into the train (even though you can kill him earlier). However, considering GTA V and the LOST in Sandy Shores. Like I said, it must be started by someone from Broker/Alderney. Otherwise it would be like: Hey, let's start an outlaw MC and call ourselves the LOST, with an eagle as the logo. I have a feeling Rockstar might have overlooked this particular fact. They themselves wrote the script that way, only having an Alderney and Broker Chapter. And Clay asking for this nationwide expansion. I can see how there won't be any familiar names since Rockstar tends to have many plot holes in their stories. I hope 5 years time of development were enough to notice, it must have been someone from TLAD. Terry and Clay got nothing to do anyway. Huh. I never noticed this variation of Jim in IV. Can you link me a pic? OT: my money's genuinely on johnny. I really don't see why not. I can imagine him maybe going nomad or entirely just moving to SoCal to start afresh with his remaining brothers. Jim, as seen in GTA IV, is on the left. I liked his character model a lot better in TLAD. I thought he was an asshole in IV, but in TLAD he was my favorite member of the Lost aside from Johnny.
