Gaming Community for MW3, BF3 & BO2

Good evening, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but I was curious if anybody knew anything about gaming community's. I'm a veteran myself, but still having a few troubles with the structure and organization for the members. I have the ranks down fairly well, as well as the Code of Conduct for a gaming community.

 

If anybody is interested, or willing to help, please post and let me know. I would appreciate it. You may also PM me if any thoughts or suggestions are useful.

 

Structure of what I have so far:

 

Platoons - 2per Company 1 Platoon= 8-10 members

Company's - 5per Division 1 Company= 16-20 members

Divisions - 1 Division= 90-100 members - Entire Friends list

 

C.O. - 2Lt - Platoon

C.O. - Cpt - Company

C.O. - Gen - Division

 

That's what I have so far, but it's not those that I am working on. It's the part where I don't have Colonel anywhere in there. And a lot of people know, Colonel is a big achievement, if anybody knows what I mean. I was really looking for Colonel to run something like a Brigade or a Regiment. It just has to have Colonel somewhere in there, otherwise it throws the rank structure way off.

 

Like I said, I would appreciate it if I could receive help and any suggestions or thoughts. And please, don't spam or troll. I'm only asking for help, not a headache...
