For GTA:V what do you prefer?

I think this is a huge TOPIC...any where you go youtube, facebook, ect. gamers only care about the games graphics as if the graphics are the reason they are buying the game. I think its the story-line that makes the game. I think its 70%:story line, and 30%:graphics.

R* are MASTERS of storytelling, IMO.

 

Story doesn't need to improve as far as I'm concerned.

 

Graphics, on the other hand, can always be improved.

 

Perhaps the PC version and as-of-yet unnanounced next gen ports will give me what I want.

Graphics is important and I would be disappointed if 5 years of development wouldn't leave some changes for the good.

 

Though I am more excited for the story and the many questions I have like how the Epsilon Program will play a part in it and how big the 3 protagonist's own story will be and so much more..

I was focusing on these two for now they seemed to come up but game play is huge i agree

This game will definitely be about the story line and the content. It will be the San andreas of this generation; where the explosions are big, the game play is smoother, and thanks to this generation of hardware - the graphics will be alright.

Null vote. I can't choose between these two. I want it all to be top quality. I'll take gameplay + visuals over story though.
