That's what people constantly seem to forget. Scale Seems like people are forgetting the fact that most maps looks small, before you start zooming into the detail. It's safe to assume the city is roughly the size of LC. At Game2048: you guys set your expectations through the roof. And when some members tried to critically look at things alot of people gave them sh*t for bitching. It's GTA V. Big small or indifferent, it's gonna be good. Thats in part what they've based this map on. If i were to put money on it I'd say that map is about 50% accurate. It ain't like google maps all, all the roads are visible. I seriously doubt they've remembered every single detail from a couple of minutes in which they saw the map. This isn't even built from a screenshot, just from some memories. You are forgetting this is fan made, there are still parts of the map that the press haven't even seen yet. The size is about accurate. Some people are expecting it to be humongous, which it won't. Scale means everything and with out one no map can properly convey the size of an area. This community is making some good maps, but we should keep in mind that all of them are based on bits and pieces of information. It's like making a map of the Americas in 1500; we have an approximate idea of what the land looks like, but there's also a ton of speculation. And map is too small too. That's not why I expected How did this video change your expectations regarding the city size? It's the same image, just recolored. On this map, they pointed out all the key things that we've seen in the trailers and on the screens.
