Problems Creating a mod

So, monday I started making a mod. I dont like the most GTA SA biker skins so I took a existing skin, of which I liked the body, replaced the head, replaced the shoes, and I added a sheathed-knife to its belt. I attached all, and done.

 

I made a TXD file, in TXD workshop.

 

Put it into gta3.img, and enter game. The game says: WARNING: Model 100 failed to load in time!

 

Model 100, is the skin I modded over.

 

I just need someone that can either help me fix this, or when I send him the files, to fix it for me.

 

I am desperate. I spend in total like 60 hours for the past week, on just getting it to work..

My servers modding forums and the modders IRC I am on, they dont care. I have been spamming the IRC for 2 days straight and the forums for 4 days straight. Getting crazy here, as only one person responded and made an attempt.

What the IMG application you used? And what the format you used to import your skins to txd workshop?
