If they're gonna go for some absurd expansion pack-dlc, then I'd much rather them do something a little less overdone in modern gaming, like little green men-type aliens or myths in the countryside. Take influences from the Walking Dead, include: -Mass hordes roaming the streets -Weapons and ammo hard to come by (must include a crossbow ) -Use melee weapons and stealth to remain undetected -Other survivors as random events (may be friendly or hostile) Including R* famous satire and the story could be very good. Think of it, the random event possibilities are endless. We can make friends, be a notorious bandit, set up camps like RDR but more sophisticated. Even multiplayer . Arma II's DayZ mod, anyone? Marston really doesn't care either way that his friends are all infected and subsequently shot thru the dome by him. Would've been nice to see some more fleshed out, survival-based scenarios and a more limited ammo availability. I do agree that zombies are a bit played out by now, but if they do produce a DLC, I wouldn't mind it. More is more! Just nail the tone and upgrade the map to have eerie scenes of destruction. But in a game made by people who know how to make a proper game. And for anyone who says, "Zombies in GTA??? omgwtfbbq"... You wouldn't be forced to buy the DLC that they brought out so it's each to their own I suppose. Who would of thought Zombies would be good in the wild west? Bring it on I say. Capricornus Posted May 30, 2013 Share Posted May 30, 2013 At this point, I would not be surprised to see Zombies in a GTA V DLC, especially with the DLC gimmicks of the Special and Complete Editions of the game. It would definitely shut up the people who have, for a long time now, been begging and clamoring for Zombies in the game. As a MP mode it would be fine I suppose. This Zombie concept would be new to GTA, in a sense anyway. There was the zombie character in GTA IVs multiplayer. Overall though, them adding Zombies would be nothing new. StateofMind15 Posted May 30, 2013 Share Posted May 30, 2013 Hopefully they fix the mistakes with UN if they do this. no health regen, no acid shooting zombies, no zombies that scratch(wtf) make them BITE and needs survival elements like hunger, ammo should be scarce, fuel for vehicles or random engine blowouts, and keep the headshot to kill like UN. Mean while mikes daughter and wife are arguing. Boom zombie comes in bites his wife's face off! The daughter runs upstairs to hide while a butt load to into the basement. Gun fire and screams from the basement. As she runs upstairs she goes to the hallway where Jimmy's room. Camera pans to jimmy playing video games with headphones on blasting hip hop. She runs by and he's looking the other way. She starts screaming jimmy! But he can't hear her. She gets tackled by the zombie. He turns around gets attacked but pushes him off to a window. Boom!
