Weird Texture Glitch (Everything Blue)

Hey guys, i was playing gta and i drove into this town and everything went blue. No flickers or anything like that because i actually have the mem fix thingy. The weird thing is, it only turns blue in that town. I have attached 2 pictures to show you what i mean. The first picture is me just outside the town (everything is all good). The second picture is me just entering the town (turns blue).

Stuff to know:

Windows 7 X64

Nvidia 2gb Geforce 610m

8gb ram

intel core i7 - 3610QM, 2.3GHz

v1.0 US

No major mods

Try doing the same thing but without mods. Then, if nothing is wrong, install mods one by one, until you find out which one causes this problem. Do you have the memory512.cs CLEO memory fix, or the (worse) StreamMemFix?

i have both but its not called memory512.cs its called memfix.cs. Is that the wrond one?

I never heard this bug , are you ever try map rendering fix?

You can rename any CLEO mod, so it's probably the same.
