Overtuning is a scary sounding word.

It means limitations on how much umph you can give

to your car.

I could see your engine overheating or blowing because you added

forced induction(turbo) and didnt upgrade your intake. Or

the cars suspension not being able to handle the power and spining

out at every turn. I just hope for the sake of all of us that

they dont just lock further upgrades if you get your cars

performance to high.

Would anyone else like to share their thoughts?

Sorry if a thread like this has been made my phone isnt taking

to kindly to the search tool.

Or maybe it just means adding on unnecessary things that hinder the cars performance. In SA, it was a bad idea to put Nos on a cheetah or other high-end sports cars. Things like that are probably what they mean by "overtuning".

I don't see the engine over-heating or blowing up, but spin-outs are a definite possibility.

While i was writing this I was thinking about how I never

put nos on my super gt because you usually lost control

immediatly potentially totaling or destroying the car.

I would rather see this method than anything else.

When they said overtuning I was thinking about a proper racing game, if you mess about with the sliders your cars handling or speed may well and truly be f*cked if you don't know what you are doing. Hopefully their is a system like most racing games that automatically chooses the best upgrades for your car. For me car customization is about the aesthetics.

Poor proof reading skills mixed

contributing to the topic decides to

address my two or three spelling errors.

I would say the most logical hypothesis is running low on fuel (if fuel is in the game) very quickly, thus justifying what they've said about it.

OT: I remember messing around with

sliders ignorantly and ruining my car.

I honestly love the slider system now and

it would be a very welcome addition to GTA

in my opinion.

Overtune it and the car will be hard to control. Thats what I think it will be, I dont think the car will blow up/stop working etc.

If you tune your car to have 100% speed and 40% handling, it will be a pain in the ass to drive it.

The only word he misspelled in the original post was "spinning" lol

He's on his phone anyway.

I think it would be hilarious if you overtune it and then you're driving at full speed and it just randomly blows up. Unrealistic, but hilarious.
