They wouldn't just casually mention cities in the plural hoping some eagle-eyed fan would decipher a grand implication. Ok, just to avoid any misunderstanding, let's just ignore what I said on some topics about Los Santos being actually multiple cities, just like it's real life counterpart (LA, Santa Monica, Compton...). Isn't this plural refering to the other towns on countryside? I mean, even in GTASA we had relatively big towns besides the 3 main ones. Don't you remember Palomino Creek? I'm expecting there's only gonna be one city, and if there is more than one I'll be surprised. Otherwise I'm fine with it. Wow! It looks more like the Los Santos docks area. I don't think there are any kind of docks like this, close to the real Golden Gate. Besides, isn't this detail from one of the early screenshots which shows the other Los Santos bridge in the background? Already discussed some months ago. This screen is set in the Los Santos docks, and the two red shapes in the background aren't the Golden Gate bridge but only parts of two container cranes in the dock. They really aren't, I live somewhere with over 200 thousand people and we are still a town lol. 200 thousand people take up a lot of room. Like I said.. I think the map would be to empty up north and on the west/east coast if there wasnt quite a few towns. I expect coastal towns, Countryside villages.. I think there will also be a little resort in the mountains. It just doesnt make sense to build such a huge map and leave it unpopulated. Who knows though.. You'll be able to see animals, people being interactive in the woods.. etc. This will not be likes San Andreas's outside world, IT will be FAR more interactive. There will be people hunting, people out camping, fishing.. it's a long list. Remember R* saying that we won't feel like the only major players in the game, that's because this environment they're offering us will be a huge step up AI wise. Chill the f*ck out.
