Survious
I see a lot of people complaining about the CE Edition because of the in game stuff that may or may not be available to the public later on. Personally myself (as a collector of the GTA series), I'm personally buying it because I want it for part of my collection and I want to support R* for making great games. GTA IV had no add-on content other than Episodes and that is a stand alone. They didn't try to nickel and dime me with $0.99 add on crap like some companies do and just provided a great game you can play as is. When you read comments like: "You have to have originality in your games; you have to have some kind of interesting message. You could say that the goalpoint of Rockstar is to have the players really feel what we're trying to do." Houser went on to say that Rockstar has "made new genres by ourselves with games like the GTA series. We didn't rely on testimonials in a business textbook to do what we've done. "I think we succeeded precisely because we didn't concentrate on profit... If we make the sort of games we want to play, then we believe people are going to buy them." I have never had an issue with R* or the games they have come out with and watching the game play on YouTube of GTA V, I cannot wait. My biggest issue now is which GTA to play, since they are all installed on my PC (and I have everyone for the PS2/3 as well)...right now it is GTA IV and SA, but each day I have an issue if I wanna go old school and play III again lol. Either way I have no issue with my $150 purchase because R* has always given me the best gaming for my $$$. I hope they never turn into EA or Activision.
