MrMateczko
Well, the PC didn't had all the features of PS2/Xbox versions. Missing car reflections on roads during rain (is fixable), screwed up Rosie's after-busted dialogs (is fixable), hidden trails option (is fixable), Xbox cars and wheels and txd files (are easily added). So with all those fixes, the Xbox version is still the best, as it has the peds hands that are later featured on the Mobile version, but is so much more playable than the mobile version. Target13
pc cos you can mod a game I have to go with PC because of the ability to modify the game that can bring the player to endless new features & replay the game all over again. I mean just look at GTA State Of Liberty Or GTA Liberty City. I also agree that the Xbox completely renewed GTA Vice City with better textures & graphics but I still have to go for PC. Johan
Never tried the Xbox version but the videos look great, however the PC can easily be mod-able to look similar to it.
Shenmue18
I've only played the PS2 and PC version but from what I hear since the Xbox version came out the last, it had the best graphics, and since nothing was taken out I would have to say that's the best version. Travís.
I will say the playstation 2 version, but I say this only because I grew up playing it on ps2, but I have played it on PC and I liked it better on ps2
Korpi
My vote goes for the Playstation 2 version, because I've been playing Vice City on PS2 since 2003 - good times, mang . I've only played the PC version a couple of times and it's okay and all, but nothing beats the PS2 version.
winme05
PC. Because...well...I have that one. No, actually I like the ability to mod it. You can't get MVL in xBox version, can you?
+ Dragonjack +
I gotta say, it has to be the PC version for me honestly. Since you can mod and stuff.
018361
I had to say PC simply because of dat loading time. When you would cross to the other half of the city on Xbox or PS2 you can easily expect to be sitting there for a while waiting, or you could use that time to get up and use the restroom and make a sandwich or something. Where on PC it is instant. There are also mods that keep the game fresh and new feeling because of the almost endless possibilities. Although I wouldn't know about modding on Vice city because the steam version doesn't seem to like mods. Actually, now that I brought that up does anyone know why that is? Space Cowboy
I haven't played PS2 version long enough to see whether it's better than PC version or not, but I really liked trails effect. Also that buggy Rosenberg's lines on PC and trails effect absence as MrMateczko said disapointed me a bit, but it's not that big problem since it can be restored from original game files. So all in all PC version is the best for me.

Hodgey.
Id say PS2 as that is the only system that i have played GTA VC on, so im a little biased when it comes to what system was best.

GTAKid667
The Xbox for looks, the PC for mods and PS2 for all those Gameshark codes. I have best of all worlds. Haha, thats good for you Vanzant For me it has to be PC, even though I grew up with this game on PS2, I now play it on PC. It is truly a great game, everything about it has something special Meet the GTA 3 players who've spent a decade playing pass-the-pad to 100% the game | GamesRadar
j7n
Only the PC as far as I know can evolve with minimal investment of money after the game's been released, and run it in higher resolutions than were thought possible.

brian.
This late in the game, PC hands down. The only thing to keep it alive really. Mods for graphics and stuff. At the original time, it was probably the xbox later release, that was really slick.
bmajede
I played the PS2 and then the XBOX ver. idk if I'm the only one here. but I can tell the XBOX ver. is running so much smoother. can anyone tell me why the PS2 ver. is better than the XBOX ver.? I'm playing GTA VC right now while waiting for GTA V in my PS3. bought the game from the PSN. this game never gets old. and I think It's the best GTA to date. e l y x i a
I would go with the PS2 version; maybe it's because I grew up playing it on PS2, and playing it on PC doesn't give the same feeling of nostalgia I get when playing it on PS2. For me, playing it on a small TV with PS2 graphics is much more enjoyable than playing it on a PC at 1680x1050 etc.
Cr!minal
If we compare stock (unmodded) versions then Xbox gets my vote in terms of graphical fidelity.
